Through its industry-leading wood processing technologies and integrated solutions offering, BID will manage, design, build, equip, install, and provide start-up services for the project.

“We are excited to partner again with the BID team to apply their industry-leading turnkey solutions to the Edgewood modernization project,” said Dunkley Lumber president, Rob Novak. “This project will deploy the best complement of BID’s state-of-the-art technologies to expand and upgrade the facility and enhance our ability to deliver the highest quality products our customers count on from Dunkley Lumber.”

The project will include a new saw line, trim line, and complete lumber handling system in the sawmill along with two new dry kilns. BID’s Integrated Solutions Team will provide the design, engineering, planning, fabrication, and installation services for this Turnkey project.

“We would like to thank Dunkley Lumber for their continued trust in BID. This is the fourth turnkey project and the second large-scale project announced with Dunkley Lumber within the past year and we are humbled and honoured that they have chosen to partner with us again for their next major growth investment,” said Simon Potvin, president wood processing at BID Group.
