Richmond-based Lingerfelt Commonwealth Partners LLC announced the sale of the Delta Hotel by Marriott Virginia Beach Bayfront Suites in Virginia Beach to Black Pearl Capital for $82 million. Lingerfelt acquired the hotel in 2018 for $19 million. Following a $29 million renovation, it rebranded the hotel as Delta. New York City-based Criterion Group announced the $45.3 million acquisition of eight industrial outdoor storage properties across six states, including a 57-acre site at 3340 W. Norfolk Road in Portsmouth, its first investment in Virginia.

Divaris Real Estate Inc. announced the $12.15 million sale of Windwood Centre, a four-story, 78,619-square-foot, Class A suburban office building at 780 Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach. CCP Commercial Real Estate sold the building to Seminole Trail Management. Jason Oliver and Michael Divaris represented CCP. Current tenants include Regus and Moseley Architects. Continental Windwood Centre LLC sold Windwood Centre, a 78,619-square-foot office building at 780 Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach to Seminole Trail Annex LLC for $12.15 million. Jason Oliver and Michael Divaris represented the seller.

T James Monopoly LLC purchased a 3,400-square-foot industrial property on 2.52 acres at 714 Stapleton St. and 3500-3502 Westminster Ave. in Norfolk for $749,000 from CS Terminals LLC. Charles Dickinson represented the buyer.

Austrian LLC purchased 3,000 square feet of office space at 644 Independence Parkway, Suite 400, in Chesapeake for $550,000 from The Melick Group LLC. Lindsay Himelright handled this transaction.

NTSH LLC purchased a 5,634-square-foot office property at 3802 Poplar Hill Road, Unit L&J, in Chesapeake for $345,000 from Optimal Realty of Churchland LLC. Lindsay Himelright represented the seller.

Williamsburg-based Sotherly Hotels Inc. closed on the $42 million sale of the DoubleTree by Hilton Raleigh Brownstone in Raleigh, North Carolina. A portion of the proceeds was used to repay the first mortgage and repay a majority of the Kemmons Wilson secured note.
