We are good at parquet production.
This is a parquet project for a customer in Southeast Asia: Burma Teak engineered wood #parquetThe specification is 900*900*15/4mm( top layer is 4mm). AB grade, T&G, unfinished.
For parquet tiles, we can do 450*450, 600*600, 800*800, 1000*1000, even more than 1000*1000.
One thing we have to pay attention which is the back of the parquet.
You can see the back of our big parquet:
1. There are two lines at the back, we call them back groove.
2. Our plywood is assembled.
They can effectively prevent floor deformation.
Other manufacturers, although their big parquet does not have back grooves and assembled plywood, they are not bent or cup. But a good manufacturer will do these details, even if it will take time and labor costs.
That's why I said we were good at parquet production.
1. Our raw materials come from authentic origin, with an FSC certificate.
2. Our plywood can be eucalyptus, birch, or pine, and we use DYNEA F4 star adhesive from Finland to bond plywoods
3. The German HOMAG slotting machine is used for the profile.
4. We use German FRANKLIN F4 star cold pressing glue to bond plywood and veneer.
5. We use German TREFERT paint for surface treatment. Meet E0 standard.
