Product Introduction
Soybean meal is a by-product of soybean oil extraction. The nutrition composition of soybean meal mainly includes protein (40% ~ 44%), fat (1% ~ 2%), carbohydrate (10% ~ 15%), various minerals, vitamins, and essential amino acids. In addition, soybean meal also contains soybean isoflavones, phospholipids, and other biologically active substances, which is the most widely used plant protein raw materials in the feed industry. However, there are many anti-nutrition factors in soybean meal (trypsin inhibiting factor, soybean antigen protein, urease, phytic acid, etc.). On the one hand, they inhibit some digestive enzymes in animals and combine with nutrients to form indigestible components, so that the digestibility of soybean meal and the absorption rate of animals decreases. On the other hand, some organs in the animal body are damaged, and the animal physiology, growth, and health are adversely affected. Fermented soybean meal is a product produced through production, processing, and modulation under artificially controlled conditions by using microorganisms in the growth, reproduction, and metabolism of soybean meal to accumulate useful bacteria, enzymes, and intermediate metabolites. It is also known as a microbial fermented soybean meal. The fermented soybean meal treated by microbial fermentation contains few anti-nutrient factors, rich in small molecular soy peptides, amino acids, digestive enzymes, vitamins, and biological activity factors, and has good palatability.
